FIGJA has just been called from Montana. The message is that the FBI and ATF have ordered that the Justice Township area be completely evacuated (INCLUDING NEWS MEDIA) by 9 PM. CALL YOUR SENATORS AND REPRESENTATIVES!

Needless bloodshed must not be allowed. All they want is a Grand Jury hearing

under the American Flag of Peace instead of the gold-infringed war flag, thereby maintaining their innocence until proven guilty, and they want to be protected from being jailed under the war flag jurisdiction, where one is considered guilty until proven innocent.

FIGJA has just received another update regarding the escalation towards a forced violent confrontation in Montana by the authorities.

The message stated that several ambulances and other cars were headed towards Jordan. They may be there now.

CNN news crews have voiced a complaint to the authorities for being told to leave. The excuse given by the authorities is that two news persons have allegedly slipped into one of the farm houses over night. CNN has been reported to be very upset over this situation.

A judge in Utah has been reported to have placed an eviction notice against the inhabitants on the ranch. However, earlier reports from Randy Parsons claim that their is a clear title on file at the Garfield County Courthouse for the Clarks.

All concerned Citizens are encouraged to call the senators and representatives and demand that another "Wounded Knee" must not happen.

Hi, Carolyn Trochman just called me ( 12:50 central time) and told me that Fox network had tried to sneak into the Freeman's house for an interview, and the news media is getting "punished". They do not have to leave, just move back so someone else can't try that. She's calling everyone that was concerned.

Please forward. > >Paula >

AP DateLine Jordan, Mont. ..."Fox Chairman Roger Ailes claimed the journalists were being used as scapegoats ..."

The chairman of Fox Television now stands in a position not only to protect the rights of journalists to freely move upon roads dedicated to the public use but to enter private property with the permission or license of the lawful owners of the real estate or to trespass at the risk of penalty from the owner for an unforgiven trespass.

In addition, by the wise use of the resources of his leadership, if joined by the resources and calm wisdom of other journalists he may lead those involved in the cases and controversies between the people in the U. S. Department of Justice, the federal courts and the eighteen or so citizens on the farm near Jordan to the place of ultimate peaceful solutions to cases and controversies in America.

First: Recall that journalists were swept off the public roads in the state of Hawaii to keep them at a distance from the wedding of Bill Gates and Melinda French.

Second: Remember that some of the offended journalists sued the police and security forces, after the fact, for pretending to have authority that they did not have.

When persons with the delegated authority of the people overstep the limits of their authority, one proper and powerful legal procedure for relief is the quo warranto action.

Another proper and powerful legal procedure for relief is the Constitutional right to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Constitutionally there are three separate and equal branches of the government. Each may be separately petitioned.

By Constitutional mandate, the justices of the Supreme Court cannot refuse to file for the record, nor refuse to hear as a court of original jurisdiction, Constitutionally defined matters.

Although the Montana situation cries for executive leadership and sua sponte action from judges, it is unlikely to occur, unless a dues paying lawyer steps into the clerk's office of the Supreme Court and duly demands that the clerk file for the record the grievances of the parties who claim that they have been denied equal protection of the laws, due process, freedom of the press, and other Constitutional rights and privileges with a motion for a stay of other pending legal matters, until the procedural and Constitutional questions are resolved. This is the essence of due process.

Constitutional lawyer Gerry Spence has indicated that he won't enter the situation, unless he's asked. This seems to be his polite way of saying that his Jackson Hole, Wyoming law firm is in business to make a living and cannot afford to give as much time as this situation requires on a pro bono (unpaid) basis. Given his negotiating ability and Constitutional skills, it seems likely that if he were asked with a nice retainer and fees, he would bring his legal workhorses to the bar of the U. S. Supreme Court, forthwith., with very good chance of ending this dangerous situation.
