The reader will need to read "Strong Delusion" for
the full discussion. When carefully considered, these two marks
of identification fit no other entity than Talmudic-Cabalistic
Judaism, and as we watch the scenario unfold, these components
increasingly fit into the puzzle and the plot appears to be on
schedule. Many misinformed Christians today are making much of
the rising "anti-Semitism" in Russia and the satellites states of
the former USSR, speculating that the Jews who are now leaving
those countries for "Israel" are fulfilling the prophecies
of Isa. 43:5-6 and Jer. 16:14-16, and they are calling it "the
second great exodus". In three TV broadcasts of The 700
Club Newswatch (6/22-24/94) Pat Robertson's crew did a "documentary"
on "anti-Semitism" and Jewish emigration from Russia and its neighbors.
A 700 Club "Fact Sheet" mailed to inquirers tells the
tale. It states: "Economic chaos and hyper-inflation have
impoverished the people... This humiliation is so pervasive that
it seems to demand a scapegoat, and an age-old scapegoat is making
a comeback: Russian Jews." The 700 Club flyer further states
that "anti-Semitism" has a long history in Russia, but of course
it doesn't define the term or attempt to explain why. Let us
fill in a quick background.
Judeophiles such as 700 Club leaders use (de facto) the definition
of "anti-Semitism" used by Jewish leaders, i.e., anti-Semitism is
a New Testament dogma that blames the Jews for the death of Christ
and for their continued opposition to Christian culture. Therefore,
criticism of Jewish beliefs or programs is construed as "anti-Semitic"
and all "anti-Semites" are hate-mongers. Furthermore, the media
have been so thoroughly saturated with that point of view that
any mention of the term conjures up images of Nazism, bigotry
and all other nasty stereotypes. If we submit to their definition
and become defensive, we have lost the debate and the war for
Christian preservation, and, make no mistake about it, Talmudists/Zionists
intend to destroy Christianity if they can.
While on the one hand SMYRNA criticizes Pat Robertson's errors
about the "chosen ones", we defend him against those
Jews who vilify him. The ADL recently published a report(4) in
which Robertson and his Christian Coalition were maligned. This
was reported in last month's SMYRNA. Jewish Alan Dershowitz, Harvard
law prof and protagonist against Christian evangelizing (also
on the defense team for O.J. Simpson), debated recently on Bill
Buckley's "Firing Line" TV program. The subject was
religious pluralism and the separation of church and state. Dershowitz
opined that "Nazis in Idaho" and "Koreshes"
should not be allowed to organize religious schools with their
attendant privileges. During his closing remarks he derogatorily
referred to Robertson and FaIwell as undesirables "out there".
So much for the First Amendment and tolerance.

But did the Russians have a distaste for Jewish culture before
1917? Yes, for the same reasons as the early Christians. It
isn't just that Talmudic leaders condemned Jesus and pressured
Pontius Pilate into executing him, it is also that Talmudic-Cabalistic-Zionistic
culture and Christian culture are radically different and even
diametrically opposed. These are the basic reasons for so-called
"anti-Semitism" in Russia today, but the 700 Club is giving out
information designed by the Orwellian Newspeak masters.
As for "the second great exodus... from the north"
thought to be a fulfillment of Isa. 43:5-6 and Jer. 16:14-16, one has to be captivated by the
dogma of dispensationalism (brainchild of Talmudism) to believe
this. Using these Scriptures out of context and without filtering
them through the New Testament is an example of faulty hermeneutics.
Those Scriptures were fulfilled long ago by ancient Israel.
The only prophecies awaiting final development regarding today's
so-called Israel (a creation of Talmudism-Zionism) are those connected
with the brief success of world economic, political and religious
control, after which will be judgment at the second advent of
Jesus Christ.
Christians are deeply concerned over the escalation of Christian
bashing, including lawsuits of every kind. Thirty years ago this
volume of bashing was unheard of, and even today the primary bashers
are unsuspected by most Christians - at least they are unchallenged.
Until now the bashers have been reticent to openly accuse the
New Testament of being "anti-Semitic" for fear of waking up too
many of its adherents, but their long term stratagems of infiltration
and mass propaganda have been so successful that they can finally
declare their intent. The best example of this declaration is
their holocaust museum in Washington (paste photo***), with its
attendant paraphernalia and disinformation. We now know for certain
that they intend to demolish orthodox Christianity if possible.
Orthodox Christians are those who haven't fallen for liberalism
or Talmudic influences.
But how did Islam become the other target? That should be obvious
in the political and economic realities of post-1948. Although
some elements in the Arab world were probably created or managed
by the world planners to serve their own ends, true believers
in Islam oppose Zionism's propaganda and tactics. Because of
this, little by little, Islamic activists have been pinpointed
as enemies of the U.S. because America, as the power behind Zionism
(or should we say the power OF Zionism) is the "Great Satan"
to Islamites. This was made clear by the media after the bombing
of the World Trade Center. The FBI, for example, is switching
its emphasis from counter espionage to counter terrorism (See
the "Forward" newspaper, Aug. 12,1994, p. 1, also "The
Spotlight", Aug. 15,1994, p.5). It is convenient that this
is made possible by the "demise" of the USSR and the
end of the Cold War.(5) But suppose, just for brainstorming purposes,
that the World Trade Center caper was pulled off by Israeli forces
(perhaps in cahoots with others) for the purpose of angering Americans
and solidifying their opposition to Islam. This tactic has always
been used by nations at war, whether the wars were ideological
or physical. But no matter who did it, Americans now hate the
Islamic world more than ever.

Comrades, do not be concerned about all you hear about glasnost
and perestroika and democracy in the coming years. These are

internal change within the Soviet Union, other than for cosmetic
purposes. Our purpose is to disarm the Americans and let them
fall asleep."
Another propaganda coup for the Zionists in their efforts to
isolate and anathematize Islam and orthodox Christianity has recently
been realized in the pact signed by forty prominent Evangelicals
and Roman Catholics who agreed that Islam is the dangerous toe
of Christianity (SMYRNA, June 1994). Thus the line has been drawn:
Zionists and Judeophile Christians pitted against orthodox Christians
and Muslims, both of whom, as a matter of propagandist's definition
(also politically correct), are "anti-Semites", "bigots" and "racists"
- "right-wing extremists".

SMYRNA has quoted this many times, but we will continue
to do so until it sinks in. Not all Jews believe this, but that
makes little difference for [few] expose or renounce it.
Zimmer states:(7) "According to Jewish belief, the Jewish
People constitutes a species of its own..." He comes to this
conclusion by using Isa. 43:21 as a proof text, quoting: "
'This people I have created for Myself'". But Isaiah didn't
write any such thing. In the King James Version it is translated:
"This people have I formed for myself; they shall shew forth
my praise." The word "formed" means molded, not
created. In Gen. 1:1 for example, the English word "created"
is taken from a different Hebrew word than the above word "formed".
The Septuagmt makes it clearer by using the word "preserved".
Therefore, those Jews who believe that they are a separate species
are the world's worst big ots.

In today's Germany where Jewish influence is enormous, the super
secret police intelligence division known as BfV is blaming the
American constitution for the rising tide of "anti-Semitism".
Its director says that American freedom of speech and press make
it possible for right-wingers to export "hate" literature
to Germany. His government does not allow such liberty. Hate
literature, of course, is anything critical of Jews or the Israeli
govemment.
Thanks to the new FBI director, this cherished American freedom
may be curtailed. He said, "We will look into the case to
see if we can help the German authorities pursue any criminal
acts under [German] laws or decide whether there has been any
violation of U.S. laws."(8) If one-worlders attain their
goals, Americans may be arrested and tried before an international
tribunal; they will have no constitutional rights. Freeh continued:
"there is a fairly fine line where an individual may go beyond
mere speech or expressions and begin to aid or abet" a crime
in Germany.(9) Who decides where that "fine line" will
be drawn? In America it is the Justice Dept. where Jewish influence
is very strong, possibly even controlling the Office of Special

According to the Jewish "Forward" newspaper, "The
FBI's new director, Louis Freeh, has told a delegation of Jewish
leaders that he is reassigning agents and seeking expanded financial
resources to combat terrorism in the wake of the bombing sprees
that rocked Buenos Aires, Panama and London. [An Argentine judge
issued an international arrest warrant for four Iranian diplomats
wanted in connection with the July 18 bombing, Reuters reported.]
"Mr. Freeh's remarks were made at a meeting with a delegation
from the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations
led by its chairman, Lester Pollack.(10) In the closed-door briefing,
the FBI director suggested there was a dramatic break with the
priorities that shaped American law enforcement prior to the collapse
of the Soviet Union and the Eastern Bloc."(11) On 8/23/94
this writer telephoned the FBI in Washington to confirm this information
but its press office said that no press release was issued on
this meeting. They could tell us nothing. Of course not! The
Jewish leaders were given a secret special briefing and the Jewish
media got the "dope" but the remainder of us got zilch.

The orchestrated attack on all "right-wing" citizens
in general and Islam in particular included a "documentary"
by CNN aired in August, concentrating on international terrorists
centered in Afghanistan. Peter Arnett was host and narrator.
This TV presentation carried more influence than usual just because
Arnett was chosen for the part. Remember, he's the reporter who
stayed in Baghdad during "Desert Storm" and was accused
by many of aiding our "enemy" Saddam Hussein. Naturally,
if he has the image of being friendly toward the Moslems, he would
be the ideal one to turn around and attack them. His credibility
would be high. But whenever we see any given issue receiving
an inordinate amount of attention in the media we immediately
go on the alert for some major change or thrust in policies that
affect us. And the new roles to be played by the FBI and the
CIA are harbingers of refined planning by the one worlders.
What is the new function of the CIA? Well, maybe no function
at all. In a special report by "U.S. News & World Report"
(July 4,1994), the pattern as seen above was carried forward,
i.e., that the FBI will be expanded and the CIA diminished or
abolished. Entitled "The CIA's Darkest Secrets", the
report painted a picture of incompetence and corruption within
the super spy organization. Whether or not this is true (Deputy
Director for Operations Ted Price says it isn't) the important
thing to note is the overall scenario revealed by diverse interests
such as Jewish groups, Christian Judeophiles, and government agents
like the FBI's new director Louis Freeh. The Justice Dept. doesn't
like "right-wingers" - somehow we get that feeling after
the FBI murdered Americans at Ruby Ridge and Waco - and it is
in a good position now to crack down on them regardless of innocence
or guilt in any specific "crime". It winks at leftist
para-military groups such as the Jewish Defense League (JDL).
Even individual FBI agents and other law enforcement officers
have been brainwashed against "right- wingers". Worse
yet, many officers who are genuine Christians are at least partially
blinded to the evil that pervades the system. Will they kill
fellow Americans on orders from headquarters no matter how unconstitutional
or immoral those orders might be? We will see!
Smyrna was an ancient city in Asia Minor that still exists today
on the west coast of Turkey, almost due east of Athens, Greece.
It is now called Izmir. It was one of the seven churches to
which the Apostle John wrote when the risen Christ commanded him
to do so while John was on the island of Patmos about A.D. 95.
As we can see, the Christians in Smyrna were being persecuted
by the Jews, who were quite influential and powerful. As William
Hendriksen noted: "Back of the Roman persecutors we see the
Jews, filled with malign envy and hatred against believers and
accusing them before the Roman tribunals."(12)

Some of the early English forms of the word Jews were: "Iues",
"Ioues", "Iuus", "Iuwis", and "Iewes".
We can see that the word "Jew" came only from the prefix
of the Greek "Iodaios"("Iou"). Now that we
know that the word "Jew" did not exist at the time of
the writing of the New Testament (it's an English concoction),
and that the word simply means "Judean", we need to
know who the Judeans were.

At the time of Christ's ministry, not all of the citizens of
Judea were descended from Judah. Many were descendants of Esau
who was Judah's uncle. However, they had submitted to circumcision
about 130 B.C., consequently becoming co-religionists with the
Judahites, who by then were practicing Rabbinism which had been
developed during the exile in Babylon. Judeans (now called Jews),
therefore, were those who practiced the religion with which Jesus
clashed. Rabbinism was a conglomeration of Old Testament commands
and rituals, Babylonian mysticism, and human rationalizations.
It is referred to in the New Testament as the "tradition
of the elders" (Matt. 15:1-3), and is known today as Talmudism,
or Judaism. Its rulers were entrenched at Jerusalem in Judea.
To return to our original purpose, i.e., to learn why the Jews
in Smyrna declared themselves to be Jews but were of the synagogue
of Satan, we need to look at three other New Testament passages.
first in the Gospel According to John, then in Romans, and finally
in Galatians. The Apostle John recorded a confrontation between
Jesus and the Jews (8:31-59) at which time Jesus told them that
if they would follow Him they would know the truth and be set
free, whereupon they retorted that they were descendants of Abraham
and were not slaves to anyone. But Jesus said that those who
commit sin are its slaves. He then acknowledged their genetic
descendance from Abraham but denied that they were Abraham's children.
He was, of course, distinguishing between physical and spiritual
seed. This is a major point in Christian theology. The Jews
stressed the importance of the material world and interpreted
the Scriptures hyperliterally, whereas Jesus taught that spirituality
is the condition that God desires. And because Abraham walked
on a high plane of spiritual belief and behavior, his true descendants
were those who followed in his footsteps and recognized the fulfillment
of God's promises to him in the person of the Messiah Jesus.
In Paul's Epistle to the Romans (2:28-29) we see the same tenet.
Here is J.B. Phillips' paraphrase of the passage:

Paul wrote again in the third chapter of Galatians that those
who belong to Christ are the true seed of Abraham.
Now we are ready to come to a conclusion about the Jews (Judahites,
Judeans) in Smyrna. Their circumcision meant nothing even though
they were genetically descended from Abraham. They were of the
synagogue of Satan because their hearts were not right with God.
They had rejected God's son and relentlessly pursued and persecuted
Christians. That's why the risen Christ (Messiah) whose voice
sounded like many waters and whose countenance was as bright as
the sun, commended His people at Smyrna for keeping the faith
in spite of their suffering at the hands of the Jews.
Smyrna Publications was created as an adjunct of
the Church of the New Testament in Sacramento, California. We
aspired to follow in the footsteps of the early church in the
ancient city of Smyrna. We still do. We attempt to tell the
truth about those who say they are Jews but are not - those who
are of the synagogue of Satan. This political incorrectness in
today's mad world does not win much popularity but it is a rewarding
task simply because it pursues truth when truth has become a casualty
in the war for people's hearts and minds.
* Religious News Service (RNS) reported in the 8/20/94 Long Beach
Press Telegram that about 20 or 30 representatives from
Jewish and evangelical Christian organizations will meet in Washington,
DC late this year. The purpose of the meeting is "to shatter
stereotypes". They need to meet and get to know one another
better because "there is a common ground even on moral values
between evangelicals and Jews which hasn't been discerned yet.
There are principles and applications of principles that we can
agree to, like the sanctity of life."(15)

If non-Jews are a separate, inferior species, are their lives
sacred? Could Eckstein's words be Newspeak?
These quotations come from Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein, founder and
president of International Fellowship of Christians and Jews,
who is organizing the conference. SMYRNA reported on Rabbi
Eckstein in its Aug. 1994 issue, noting that he developed the
"evangelical desk" at the Anti-Defamation League (ADL)
and has been active in mission work aimed at evangelical Christians
for many years. We pointed out that the ADL was created by B'nai
B'rith, a most powerful exclusively Jewish, international Masonic
organization. As an Orthodox rabbi, we call upon Eckstein to
publicly renounce the extreme bigotry embodied in the quotation
(above) from Uriel Zimmer's book, a dogma that emanates from the
Talmud. And if he renounces this terrible belief, we further
charge him not to use Kol Nidre as a mental reservation to avoid
telling the truth. But, then, how would we ever know?
* The article at right [hard copy only - order from Smyrna]in
the Sept. 2, 1994 issue of "Forward" tells us that the
new crime bill has provisions in it against "hate crimes"
This may sound innocuous but it also may be the most dangerous
part of the entire bill. SMYRNA will let its readers conclude
in what ways this could be.
* Haiti is in the news in a big way. Bill Clinton pleaded his
case for invading Haiti on TV, telling Americans it is a national
security matter as well as human rights issue that we risk the
lives of our sons and daughters there. However, many do not see
it that way. According to Criminal Politics (CP) magazine
of April 1993 and July 1994 Jean Bertrand Aristide, the man Clinton
and company wish to re-install, is an agent of world Zionism who
speaks fluent Hebrew and is a Jewish rabbi (the Vatican defrocked
him in 1988). CP gets this information from the horse's
mouth, the Jewish press. CP believes that Aristide is
the man chosen to reinstate the drug traffic from South America
and China through Haiti to the U.S. America's embargo on that
country only hurt the people and caused thousands to flee famine
in boats bound for Florida. In other words, the world power clique
caused the mess from the beginning.
Criminal Politics magazine referred to a New York Times
article of 9/18/90 that stated: "Haitians Overwhelmingly
Elect Leftist Priest as Their President". For the NYT
to use the word leftist is solid evidence that Jean-Bertrand
Aristide is at least a leftist and probably a Communist. He is
without doubt a Zionist, and the world planners want him back
in power. This is sufficient evidence for Americans to oppose
the move. Former President George Bush says he opposes an invasion,
but he was part of the problem in the first place. Gen. Norman
Swartzkopf opposes the invasion also.
Even those who oppose the invasion of Haiti are forced to support
the act once our military is committed, just as it happened in
Desert Storm. This is a trap that plagues us every' time. For
example, when Larry king interviews a guest who opposes military
intervention he always asks: "But you will support the action
once it starts, won't you?" What's the guest going to say?
"No, I won't support our troops?" of course not! It's
a trap. In other words, we could have Josef Stalin as President
and he could commit our military to anything he wished and everyone
would be forced to "support our men and women in the armed
services". How do we get out of such a catch 22?
Aristide campaigned as a champion of the poor when he was elected
in 1990. If the election wasn't rigged by the world planners,
then the poor of Haiti grabbed onto the promises of better times.
That's what the Communists have always banked on, and unless
Americans wake up to the master conspiracy the Zionists/Communists
will go right on winning. This writer, in conversation with an
acquaintance recently, said: "If you believed my book "Strong
Delusion", you would understand what's going on." He
replied: "I just can't see a Jewish conspiracy." Well,
that's the problem.
Are the shared ideas and opinions of individuals on the computer
networks subsidized by the government? No. Are their opinions
illegal? Not yet. Then what is the problem with those Jews who
are "offended"? As Smyrna reported in July 1994,
a Jewish woman was "offended" every time she walked
into the cemetery in Tehachapi, California because there was a
flower bed in the shape of a cross. The computer network case
his is just one more where free speech is being challenged by
those who believe in free speech only for themselves.
And as we reported in our April 1994 issue, many Jews protested
the placement of ads in college student newspapers that challenged
them to print opposing views on the "holocaust". The

On the other hand, it's OK for the Holocaust Museum in Washington,
DC - with public funds - to bash the New Testament and its adherents.
The blatant hypocrisy of Jewish leaders should be obvious to
everyone by now, everyone, that is, except the hypocrites themselves
and the Judeo-philes. However, it isn't really hypocrisy or a
double standard if non-Jews comprise an inferior species.
The five.story, $150 million US Holocaust Memorial Museum in
Washington, D.C. was built and is operated by a taxpayer.funded
federal agency.
ARISTIDE: The defrocked leftist-"priest" who is really

AS SPOCK WOULD SAY, "FASCINATING!"
The anti-Christ system as described in the Apocalypse of Jesus
Christ(1) is developing right on schedule. It is fascinating
to watch. Unfortunately, millions of Christians are missing the
show because they have been misinformed about the nature and identity
of the leadership of the beast system. In the booklet "Strong

that Talmudic-Cabalistic Judaism is the woman who is astride the

THE REASON FOR "ANTI-SEMITISM" IN RUSSIA
What The 700 Club "Fact Sheet" didn't tell us is that
the reason for "anti-Semitism" in Russia is the absolute
control over the USSR that Jewish leaders had since 1917. Their
atrocities were many times worse than those of the Nazis. Now
they are blaming the Russian people for hatred. SMYRNA
doesn't condone hatred but we understand the reasons for it.

ORTHODOX CHRISTIANS AND ISLAM
Perhaps the most significant recent development of the "master
plan" is revealed in the two-pronged attack on orthodox Christianity
and Islam. Who would have thought just a decade ago that these
two widely divergent religious groups would find themselves arrayed
against a common "enemy" called Zionism? This phenomenon
is not the creation of either of them, but rather the result of
the plan by Zionists to make it so. Until now, Islam and Christianity
have been enemies in the minds of many, but as the anti-Christ
system reveals its identity ever more clearly, both orthodox Christianity
and Islam are seen as its final targets for destruction. This
is yet to be comprehended by most evangelical and fundamentalist
Christians who have been neutralized by the tenets of Talmudic
eschatology.

TALMUDISTS: WORLD'S WORST BIGOTS
But who are the real bigots? What group has an operative dogma
built into its very existence which tells its followers that they
are superior to all others? Following is that dogma. You be
the judge.
"The Jewish people, Rabbi Judah Halevy (the famous medieval
poet and philosopher) explains in his 'Kuzari', constitutes a
separate entity, a species unique in Creation, differing from
nations in the same manner as man differs from the beast or the
beast from the plant... although Jews are physically similar to
all other men, yet they are endowned [sic] with a 'second soul'
that renders them a separate species."(6)

BACK TO THE NEW WORLD ORDER
Getting back to the New World Order and its targeting the "right
wing" in America (including orthodox Christians and Islam)
for destruction, the new director of the FBI, Louis Freeh, has
told Germany that the U.S. will clamp down on American publishers
of neo-Nazi propaganda. The publication of Nazi symbols and slogans
is prohibited in Germany, but not in the U.S., and - neo-Nazi
material printed here can be legally exported to Germany. (See
SMYRNA, 2/94 issue, pp. 10-11.) This is very important
to the Jews, but it may end in the loss of free press to some
in America.

SMYRNA'S GENESIS
Because we occasionally get inquiries about the name SMYRNA,
we're taking this opportunity to explain why we decided to choose
that name in 1977. There are four verses in the "Apocalypse
of Jesus Christ" (commonly called the "Book of the Revelation")
that furnish our raison d' e' tre. They will explain why the
bulk of our reporting and commentary revolves around Jewish issues.
In order to appreciate our posture, an explanation of those Bible
verses is necessary. Please read them carefully.
"And to the messenger of the assembly in Smyrna write: These
things says the first and the last, who became dead and lived.
I know thy works and tribulation and poverty; but thou art rich;
and the calumny of those who declare themselves to be Jews, and
are not, but a synagogue of Satan. Fear not at all the things
which thou art about to suffer. Lo, the devil is about to cast
[some] of you into prison that ye may be tried; and ye shall have
tribulation ten days. Be thou faithful unto death, and I will
give to thee the crown of life. He that has an ear, let him hear
what the Spirit says to the assemblies. He that overcomes in
no wise shall be injured of the second death." (Rev. 2:8-11)
Jews who were Jews and not yet Jews
The first problem that confronts us in interpreting this passage
is the apparent contradiction that there were Jews who claimed
to be Jews but were not; they belonged to the synagogue of Satan.
How could they be Jews and yet not Jews? The implication is
that those who persecuted the Christians were not Jews - they
only declared themselves to be. But if that were the case, why
did they belong to the synagogue which was occupied by Jews?
We know that Jesus had told the Jews some sixty-five or so years
earlier that their father was the Devil (John 8:44). Why, then,
would there be Jews who were not Jews? Part of the answer is
in the translation as well as the interpretation.

ORIGIN OF THE WORD "JEW"
The English word "Jew" is a transliteration of the
prefix "Iou"; from the Greek word "Iodaios",
which means "Judean". This prefix is pronounced "you".
The alphabet of New Testament Greek does not contain the letter
"J", and the English alphabet had no "J" prior
to the 14th century, and it wasn't predominantly used until the
17th century. The King James Bible in 1611, for example, used
the word "Iudea" for "Judea". The "J"

WHO WERE THE JUDEANS?
Judeans were inhabitants of southern Canaan,(13) the area called
Judea (Judaea) where Jerusalem and the temple were located.
Judea is the same as Judah , and Judah was the tribe
of Israel that was allocated that geographical area when all twelve
tribes conquered the inhabitants of Canaan in about 1400 B.C.
The patriarch of the tribe was the fourth son of Jacob, who was
the son of Isaac, and Isaac was the son of Abraham. Jacob, who
had been renamed Israel (Gen. 32:28) had twelve sons, each of
whom was the patriarch of a tribe of Israel, each of which received
a portion of the land of Canaan. God had already planned that
the legal lineage of Messiah would be through Judah, for in Gen.
49:10 Moses wrote:
"The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver
from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the
gathering of the people be."

Jesus Clashed with Judaism.
The Tribe of Judah was the largest of the twelve and the most
influential. It had the place of leadership. God simply said
that it would continue in this position until Shiloh, who was
Messiah, came. Messiah would then take the leadership and receive
the allegiance of the people. We now know that Jesus' legal
lineage was traced through David back to Judah and to Abraham,
and those who believed on Him gave Him their allegiance in fulfillment
of the prophecy quoted above. He took the sceptre from Judah.
Those who belong to Christ are the true seed of Abraham
As a corollary of the foregoing, all those who did not accept
Jesus as Messiah were false Judahites (Jews) even though genetically
descended from Judah. This same spiritual, biblical and historical
error is made today. What's new and worse about it, however,
is the defection of modern Fundamentalists and Evangelicals to
the ancient error of the Jews who were not "Jews".
" I have come to the conclusion that a true Jew is not the
man who is merely a Jew outwardly, and real circumcision is not
just a matter of the body. The true Jew is one who belongs to
God in heart, a man whose circumcision 's not just an outward
physical affair but is a God-made sign upon the heart and sout
and results in a lile lived not for the approval of man, but for
the approval of God." (14)

NEWS & VIEWS
* Marcia Clarke, the L.A. County Deputy D.A. now prosecuting O.J.
Simpson, is Jewish according to Steve Lipman's article in "The
Jewish Week", Aug. 19,1994, who got it from "The Jerusalem
Post Magazine". Lipman says that Allison Kaplan-Sommer who
wrote the "Jerusalem Post" piece claims that Clarke
"...was raised in a haredi, or rigidly Orthodox, family..."
and that her first husband was Gabi Horowitz, an Israeli backgammon
champion whom she divorced, apparently after he was shot in the
head and confined to a wheel chair. In 1981 she married Gordon
Clarke whom she is now suing for divorce. According to Lipman
the Post said that "Clarke refused to comment on her Jewishness
and Israeli connections."

"ANTI-SEMITISM ON THE INTERNET"
This is the headline ior an article by Jonathan Mahler in the
"Forward" of 7/15/94. It complains of opinions being
expressed on the huge computer network Internet that offend some
Jews. A subheadline expresses the feelings of the "Forward":
"A NETWORK OF CYBER-NAZIS GROWS ONLINE."
